Support covers install, billing, locator blocks, product widgets, app proxy routes, CSV import/export, Shopify Locations sync, Google Sheets connection state, dealer forms, SEO pages, and anonymous analytics.

Do not include private API tokens, Shopify access tokens, customer data, or applicant contact details in support requests. Share shop domain, route, browser, and the non-secret error message shown in the app.

Install issuesInclude the dev store domain, install step, and whether OAuth, billing, or App Bridge session failed.
Storefront issuesInclude the theme name, app block type, storefront route, and expected location or product handle.
Import issuesInclude the CSV header row and validation error text. Do not send private customer or applicant data.
